1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you accept these terms for that organization.
2. Use of the service
You may use TenX Help only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the inputs you submit and for reviewing agent outputs before acting on them.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Billing
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Usage-based charges are billed monthly in arrears.
5. Limitation of liability
The service is provided 'as is.' To the maximum extent permitted by law, TenX Help is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
