We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the data you share with TenX Help.
1. Information we collect
We collect account details, usage data from agent runs, and technical metadata needed to operate the service. We never train foundation models on your private code or data without explicit consent.
2. How we use data
Data is used to deliver agent results, improve reliability, provide support, and secure the platform. Aggregated, anonymized metrics may inform product decisions.
3. Data retention
Run inputs and outputs are retained for 30 days by default and can be deleted on demand. Enterprise plans support custom retention and zero-retention modes.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with subprocessors required to run the service, each bound by strict data-processing agreements.
5. Your rights
You can access, export, or delete your data at any time. Contact privacy@tenx.help to exercise GDPR or CCPA rights.
