Security is foundational to TenX Help. Here's how we protect your code, data, and infrastructure.
1. Encryption
All data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256. Secrets are stored in a hardware-backed vault.
2. Access control
We enforce least-privilege access, SSO/SAML for enterprise, role-based permissions, and mandatory MFA for all internal systems.
3. Isolation
Agent runs execute in ephemeral, sandboxed environments that are destroyed after completion. Customer data is logically isolated per workspace.
4. Monitoring
We continuously monitor for threats, run automated vulnerability scans, and engage third-party firms for regular penetration testing.
5. Responsible disclosure
Found a vulnerability? Report it to security@tenx.help. We acknowledge reports within 24 hours and run a bug-bounty program.
