1. SOC 2 Type II
We maintain an annual SOC 2 Type II audit covering security, availability, and confidentiality. Reports are available under NDA.
2. GDPR
We act as a data processor under the GDPR, offer a standard DPA, and support EU data residency on enterprise plans.
3. CCPA
We comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act, including rights to access, delete, and opt out of data sharing.
4. HIPAA
Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) are available for healthcare customers on enterprise plans.
5. Subprocessors
A current list of subprocessors is published and updated whenever changes occur. Customers may subscribe to change notifications.
